About

I am a Climate Optimist.

Writer, artist, filmmaker, and sustainability advocate from India. A decade on the ground asking how we get people to care, and what to do once they do.

I'm a writer, artist, filmmaker, and climate optimist from India. Over the last decade I've worked across books, installations, documentaries, and policy rooms, all pointed at the same question: how do we get more people to care, and give them something useful to do with that care.

My books are published by Penguin Random House India and Aakash Ranison Co. The first unpacks the science of climate change for anyone who wants to understand it. The second, India's first carbon-neutral book, is a practical handbook for living lighter on the planet.

I co-founded the Greener Earth Foundation to connect climate education, art, and advocacy under one roof. Through it I've served as an IOM Youth Delegate at COP29 in Baku, moderated at the 6th Paris Peace Forum, and now advise the Entertainment and Culture Pavilion at COP30 in Belém.

The optimism in my name is earned, not assumed. It comes from watching what happens when people have clear information and a real reason to act. That's what I'm still building toward.
